Welcome to Beyond Appliances Repair Services LLC. By scheduling service, using our website, or allowing our technician to perform diagnostic or repair work, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Beyond Appliances Repair Services LLC provides diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and installation services for residential appliances, including but not limited to:

* Refrigerators

* Freezers

* Washers

* Dryers

* Dishwashers

* Ovens

* Ranges

* Cooktops

* Microwaves

* Garbage disposals

Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

2. Estimates

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of diagnosis.

If additional issues are discovered during the repair, the customer will be informed before any additional work is performed.

3. Diagnostic Fee

A diagnostic/service call fee applies to all service visits unless otherwise stated.

The diagnostic fee covers the technician's travel, inspection, and diagnosis of the appliance and is non-refundable after the service has been completed.

4. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept approved payment methods including major credit/debit cards, cash, and other accepted forms of payment.

Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.

5. Parts

Parts ordered specifically for a customer are considered special-order items and may require full or partial payment in advance.

Electrical parts and special-order parts are generally non-returnable unless covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

6. Warranty

Beyond Appliances Repair Services LLC provides a warranty on qualifying repairs.

The warranty applies only to the specific part(s) replaced and the related labor performed by our technicians.

The warranty does not cover:

* Abuse or misuse

* Accidental damage

* Power surges

* Floods, fires, or natural disasters

* Rodent or insect damage

* Manufacturer defects unrelated to the repair

* Repairs performed by another company after our service

Warranty becomes void if the appliance has been tampered with or repaired by another person after our repair.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

* Provide safe access to the appliance.

* Ensure utilities (electricity, water, and gas when applicable) are available.

* Remove personal belongings surrounding the appliance.

* Keep pets secured during service.

8. Appointment Policy

Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling whenever possible.

Failure to provide access during the scheduled appointment may result in an additional service charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beyond Appliances Repair Services LLC is not responsible for:

* Food spoilage

* Loss of income

* Water damage existing before service

* Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

* Manufacturer defects

* Consequential or incidental damages resulting from appliance failure

10. Appliance Condition

Some appliances may have existing wear, rust, corrosion, or previous repairs that increase the risk of additional failures during repair.

While every effort is made to perform repairs safely, Beyond Appliances Repair Services LLC cannot guarantee that older or previously damaged components will not fail during normal repair procedures.

11. Website Information

Information provided on our website is for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional technical advice for every appliance model.

12. Privacy

Customer information is used only for scheduling, service, invoicing, warranty administration, and customer support.

We do not sell customer information to third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

14. Changes to These Terms

Beyond Appliances Repair Services LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
